The Agency represents models and mediates bookings for photo, video, commercial, and event productions.

  1. Booking Process

A booking becomes binding once confirmed in writing by the Agency.

  1. Fees & Payments
    • The Agency charges a 20% commission unless otherwise agreed.
    • Invoices are due within 14 days.
  2. Cancellation Policy
    • Up to 48 hours before the assignment: no charge
    • Less than 48 hours: 50% fee
    • Same-day cancellation: 100% fee
  3. Usage Rights

Image rights and buyouts must be contractually agreed. No usage rights are granted by default.

  1. Liability

The Agency is only liable for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
